I guess I jumped to confusions - I don't see much difference. Sorry.

You know where to find them, but here's the link anyhoo:
http://www.newegg.com/Store/Su...=7&name=Computer-Cases

IDK if you have to be a member to get the deals but here's that link too:
http://email.newegg.com/a/hBHl...jBttXSfA44MvmV5/nweg40

If not already a member, find something you want and then sign up:
Sorry - maybe someone will post it. It may be that you just go to newegg.com, click on "login" at the top of the page, if not already signed up just create a new account and check the box to receive info, deals and newsletters - that may do it.

enjoy,
.bh.

Well, Fry's/Outpost has never had Newegg's selection. But like I noted above, we'll have to see the actual prices. I wouldn't expect any better than some of the pre-Christmas deals - just have to wait and see.

Something has to supplant the P180 series as the best cases ever then. :p

The newsletter is here.
Actually, my email looks like the bottom half of the page. The whole thing opens in my browser when I click on "Click here to see 12 more deals".

Anyway, you could have figured out the link if you had clicked on the "View this email with images, Click here" at the top of the email. Thanks, anyway.

Like OhSnap688, I'm interested in the memory, too. CORSAIR XMS 2GB DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) 5-5-5-18 for $30 with free shipping.

I assume PST. They are based in California, and the email says:
LiveChat Hours of Operation:

Mon - Fri: 7:00am - 8:00pm PST
The date for the sale only says 12:00 a.m., though. I don't really know.

When is there going to be a top-notch HTPC case for, oh, $150?

I'm pretty happy with my Antec NSK2480, which replaced my Cooler Master ATC 620. It doesn't have an LCD/VFD, IR sensor or volume knob, but it looks nice and sedate, is the right size and has really nice airflow and silencing features. Plus, got it for around $55ARFS and it included a nice EarthWatts EA 380 PSU.

On the specifications page it says: "Timing: 4-4-4-12". The model number is TWIN2X2048-6400C4. On the overview page it says: "...offers targeted low latencies of 5-5-5-18 at JEDEC standard speeds... "

Is this a contradiction, or do I just not understand something. (Probably both :-( lol)

JEDEC standard speeds also specify 1.8v requirements. So, 5-5-5-18 at 1.8v, it's probably bumped .1 or .2 volts for 4-4-4-12

Not everyone thinks the p180 series is the bees knees - too industrial for me. Now if they have a real deal on the Silverstone Temjin 5...

qft, who ever said the p18x series was the best case ever?
i'd take any LL or silverstone with 2 x 120mm fans over it in a second. Quality/Craftsmanship gets my $$ in a case, not warping panels.

btw i don't see anything out of the ordinary on the cases page...

Thanks! Actually, it was +.3 volts (2.1v), then. I didn't realize that wasn't standard.

I suppose it will be EST - they get three hours on this end, they lose the 3 hours on the other. If it doesn't work that way, I'll be hitting the sack shortly. If I'm right - I'll need some Jolt to get me moving in the morning.

emenk,
. I wasn't looking for a link to the offer, it was a link to become a newegg member so if the deal is limited to members, then folks can be ready to go.
