so, did james heller really die?

it seemed that way when he drove into the lake, but on the 24 website, it mentions nothing about his death. but for the other deceased characters, their deaths were definitely mentioned in the character guides.

hmm..

i also heard somewhere that the guy who plays heller was limited to only 3 eps of 24 this season because of his ABC contract, and this was his 3rd...

 
This is what I was thinking. I don't think he died. I'm guessing he ducked out of the car before it went over. But I really know just about you guys, this is all speculation.

I'm guessing about where Hendering was telling Audry that Heller could still be alive using an air pocket in the car.
