All I know is that I'm staying at the Flamingo and I'll be there until thursday. Other than that I have nothing planned really.

Are you just there for gambling, shows, or do you want to venture a bit out of town. I live here and could give you a couple ideas if you want.

The dinner buffet at the Bellagio Hotel is a must. Second choice would be the Paris Hotel.
Check out Freemont Street (the old part of Vegas) at night.
Ride the rollercoaster outside of the New York New York Hotel.
A quit tour of the Hoover Dam would be fun (bring your camera)
Walk from one end of the strip to the other. Check out the top of the Stratosphere for a nice view of the city
Take a helicopter ride over the strip at night
Have a go with 3 card Monty.
Check out Mandalay Bay's Beach pool
Check out the Rum Jungle club at Mandalay Bay.

dont' forget to go downtown too... i had a blast playing $1 blackjack, SINGLE DECK, at Binion's.

If you play blackjack (my favorite) only play single deck if you get the chance. I play double deck if I have to but it is too hard to keep a good track of the cards. I don't really count the cards, but I do watch the trends through the deck. Always play as the person to the far right of the dealer so you get your cards last, that way you see the cards that come out before your hits and you have a slight advantage. I think they call that seat third base.

DOUBLE DOWN ON 10 AND 11, unless the dealer has a 10 showing, then only on the 11.

I would go to Voodoo Lounge or Club Rio to meet hot chicks!!

Go to Cheetahs, Club Paradise, Olympic Gardens!!

The rio buffet is awsome and if you like star trek, go check out the star trek experience at the Las Vegas Hilton (the other hilton in vegas)

There is a club called "the beach" and there are nothing but beautiful peeps in there. In fact, they don't even let ugly people in.

I have never been there, ran 911 calls there for drunks, but I have heard that it is hopping. Mostly the younger crowd, early to mid 20's.

yep, 1 deck at binions is the best and don't pay for any buffets. Its really easy to get comped buffets if you play BJ

RENT A CAR!!!!
Taxi drivers there got to be the most dishonest people on earth. You can rent a car there for $25.00 a day.
If you take a taxi from the airport to the hotel and he goes through a tunnel when you leave the airport you have been had. This is the long way around get his number and report him to the taxi authority get your extra fee back. Do Not gamble on the strip only downtown. Go to Cesears Palace and see all the free stuff it is unbelievable. I would not bother with the dam at this time, they have all the turnoffs shut down so you cannot see the dam from the powerplant side without paying to go up on top of the parking lot, they have also shut off the inside the dam tours.
Have a good time this is the only to go to heaven without dying first.
Bleep
One more thing if you get the chance go to Computer Surplus Outlet and freak out with all the stuff, if you go say hi to the counter man Eric he is a great guy and get some free software.

Vegas...i hate that place....been there to many times....to many parties (way to much booze and drugs) i did meet vince niel there though =)

go on top of the Stratosphere, night/ or day its a good view. And i guess the thing with the Taxi cabs is that they are not regulated by the city so they can charge you $70 or whatever to drive down the strip... And dont have the common misconception that walking the length of the strip is short.

They are WAY regulated here. They may try and drive you around in a circle or two, but they have the rates posted on the doors and can't change them.

Like I said before, if you are looking for a great partying club "The Beach" is it. A great place to hang out with college age peeps is the Hard Rock Casino.
