Miss any episodes of Fox's critical hit 24 this year? The show's low ratings suggest you probably did, so set your VCRs for this golden opportunity: Starting at midnight on Sept. 1, FX will rerun the drama's entire first season ? that's a solid 24 hours of 24. The marathon ends at midnight on Sept. 2, which is Labor Day. (And if you miss that, you can always buy the first season on DVD, to be released Sept. 17.)

I'm curious, are any of you that watched the whole season planning on watching this and/or buying the DVD? As much as I loved the show, I'm not gonna tape/watch the marathon, tho' I'm iffy on the DVD. 'course I did watch The Stand twice on DVD, so perhaps I will watch 24 more than once, should I end up purchasing it.
 
that would suck if you had to get up every few hours at night to change tapes because you don't have TIVO or similar

Mmmm I dunno...24 hours is a long show.

All 13 episodes of Lodoss War or all 3 LotR movies is probably about the longest I could focus.

I really liked it, and it's definately worth watching once. But all 24 back to back is pretty long...I doubt it.

I'd consider buying the DVD and watching it a few episodes at a time.

its the most ridicoulous thing youve ever seen on tv , every progressive episode makes you go OMG!!! OH NO! AIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!! NOOOOOO!O!OO!O!!!! i cant believe they showed that on television.


its a fantastic show and i hghly hoighly reccomend watching it.

This might be interesting to try and watch in one sitting. Think of the drinking game potential here.😉

On another note regarding the dvds: are they adding some footage to replace the commercial time? It would only make sense to do that.

I watched every episode, but doubt I will watch the marathon or buy the DVD....

now if freakin Seinfeld would ever start releasing seasons on DVD, I'm ON it! 😀
