this is my actual post here:

http://www.hardware.info/en-US...bKYMg,bGZkbJiWmJTKYsg/

check it out. it doesnt have the g2400 wd version, only its predecessor w. as far as i can tell from the benq website, the main difference is that the wd has faster (2ms gtg) response. even so.. look at the test results. i threw in a samusng t240, often highly praised. the lg monitor there is the one the website recommends in its class.

On the commercial they changed color back and forth instantly with water and it was amazing. I got screwed man, I got fuckin screwed and I was like 6 years old. Your much older and your getting screwed now too, and me and griffin are trying to tell you whats up. I hope you'll at least test a mva panel before you decide that TN is the greatest thing to happen to gaming since vga.

Btw, you'd be hard pressed to find any pro gamers who use a crt. I'm sure plenty use TN and MVA panels but don't try to sell anyone on the CRT thing or we'll scream witch and burn your old technology at the stake.

First, I could give you a list of pro CS players that still use CRT. Secondly, I'm not claiming that TN is the best thing since sliced bread, I just think its preferable when all you care about is having the fastest response. I know there are some MVA panels (but very $$) that also have a low response rate, but for the money you can't beat a monitor like the G2400W.

I would use a different monitor if I was more casual and didn't care about having the fastest response.

Go look in the LCD thread under the top gaming monitors, I promise you that you will not find your monitor there.
