Take one shot whenever...
Jack shouts something that he could say in a normal voice, take a shot
The writers have Chloe use some mangled technical term, one shot.
Jack promises to shoot someone if they don't give him what he wants.


Take two shots whenever
Jack's love-interest gets all weepy and teary eyed...two shots
CTU uses some convoluted method of resolving a simple problem
Inter-department bickering allows terrorists to temporarily gain the upperhand
Jack ends up as a fugitive.

THREE shots whenever
Chloe says that she 'needs more time' to complete something
Jack tells Chloe they don't have time, he needs that _____ NOW!
Double agents or compromised individuals convince the authorities to over-rule Jack's plan/decision
Jack goes ahead with his plan anyway.
 
This would be awesome to play. Too bad 24 is on during the week, going to work with a badass hangover from playing this would suck.

Damn, that would be like landing on boardwalk with hotels on it in the first round of monopoly.
 
My friends and play a slightly different version of this. Each 'drink' is a 1 second sip of beer, or so.

1 drink when...
...the time is shown
...the is a split screen (4 split screens = 4 drinks)
...someone dies
...someone is held at gun point
...explosion
...random BS technical mumbo-jumbo
...chloe is a bitch
...edgar does something autistic
...the hobbit is in the scene

2 drinks when...
...jack kills someone
...jack nearly kills someone
...sentimental moment is broken up by a phone call
...someone does something that undoes all the work jack has done in the last several episodes

finish your beer when...
...lots of people die
...main character dies
...episode ends with a HUGE cliff hanger

This usually gets about 4-6 beers per episode... good times
 
you know what was funny? i watched Firewall last night and Chloe is in it, and Harrison Fords charracter is Jack Stanfield, and Chloe is his secretary.

So she kept on saying stuff like "I'll do that for you Jack ... Jack what should I do now ... etc" it was funny cause it seemed like the actual chloe character from 24 and she even kept on saying Jack haha.

LOL, My friends tried a drinking like this too. our rules were simple.

1 shot
whenever jack takes out his gun
whenever jack kills someone

The game turned from 1 shot to 1 beer shot because we played the game during the 4 or 5 episode of this season where the terrorists take over the airport and jack goes save that lady's son. During that sence jack must have killed 3 people and pulled out his gun 5 times...8 shots in 5 minutes = Bad times.

BTW: we called the game "The Jack Bauer challange"
