Whatta ya guys think? It's a no name LCd, does say it comes with a 3 year warranty.
For $236.96 shipped, almost seems like I might take a stab at it.

Actually, the specs aren't all that bad on this. I may jump on it. I've been eyeing a nice 20 or 22 incher to replace my 17 (not even widescreen!).

EDIT: Reviews are VERY solid too!

may be cheaper from staples if they come out with a nice coupon...
if theres an issue with them, less hassle to deal with b&m

Considering the price of a Samsung at $279.99 after $20 MIR, I really wouldn't look at anything else.

I have only owned Samsung personally myself....and have never had a problem, ever....Thus why I started this thread to see what peeps thought about it....and I see Karaktu's point...for about $44 more, i would have my peice of mind back, and Smasungs warranty is 3 years also, but is simply one of the best out there as far as repair/replacement.

The samsung panels, the cheaper 20 and 22inch ones anyway, don't have glossy panels but do have a glossy bezel (which drove me nuts and caused me to return it). Samsungs upper models (215w) do not have glossy anything.

Costco has a 22" for $249, which is also a good deal. I like the Viewsonic design, and have always had great expereinces with their LCDs:

Well I am off to Oregon next week...no tax there so I may pick one up...will look great with my Guitar Pro stuff on it ....I just saw it wasnt WS so I will pass

Nearly two years ago I bought a 19" widescreen Samsung for $400 . . . I WAS ripped off.
