22,103 3DMarks 2001

oh my.. :Q

despite the fact it's a useless tool.. that score still tells very much about how powerful that guy's rig is!!

Your video card is limiting the performance. I believe that number is about where it should be. My Radeon 8500 scores somewhere around 8500 (Coincidentally) and the 8500 is a bit faster than the Ti200. The 8500 does especially well under 3DMark, so your score is where it should be.

not going to get one of those "ahh silly, flick this option and bang 20% performance increase" replies then? damn 🙁

Actually it used to be 6600-ish, yesterday I set BIOS to top memory performance and it added 500. Not sure if thats what's crashing rtcw now though 🙁

Your scores actually very good considering you only have a ti200. You'd need a better video card if you want more. And your new memory settings are almost certainly what's causing rtcw to crash.

you should be able to get a higher score with the geforce3 ti200

i have a geforce3 ocz titan 3 (520/240, reliable) and a non-overclocked xp 2000+, 512 megs o mem. Scored ~8700 (the highest i ever got ~9070 was with an amd xp 1800+ with a fsb of ~140, stock multiplier though)

are you running the latest drivers? Also, you should be able to overclock that card easily to near geforce ti500 speeds (i use the registry hack to get access to that option). does the ti200 comes with fans and heatsinks?

Are the game tests the only tests he ran? What about all the other tests like fill rate, point sprites, pixel shaders, ect?

Don't need to run those to get a score. I assume he didnt run them in order to avoid crashing it.
