21st Birthday Gift for my brother

My bro turns 21 in 2 weeks and i'm looking for a good gift for him. he's at college and is an outgoing person that enjoys nice things. my budget is anything up to 100 dollars max. i'm 23, so booze is always an option, but i'd like to find something better. any ideas?

tops on my list is a really nice belt, something he can wear with a suit.


he likes booze, women, xbox, and the finer things in life (he's a self proclaimed baller).

wow, these are some great responses. of course he's gonna get booze and a hooker, i was thinking of something i could wrap up that would be cool besides booze.

Get him some kind of life alert beeper, or something he or his "friends" can use to call an ambulance when he inevitably drinks to excess and suffers alcohol poisoning.
