20pin to 24pin ATX Connector?

I know there are 24 -> 20, I don't think there would be one that would allow 20 -> 24?

I guess this means I'll have to buy another PSU that has a native 24pin ATX power connector?

There are plenty of 20-to-24-pin adapters. The extra 4 wires are all redundant to provide extra current on existing rails; there are no new wire types. Just make sure your PSU has enough juice before using one.
