this is why Flash should be b@nned for all installation CD's. I can't do anything with this stupid CD now!!! there's no way im taking out my server and uninstall 1GB of RAM just to get this CD working!!!

indeed, linking to an image that isn't there seems kinda noob like not being able to use an install cd. 😛
 
You shouldn't need to use their install CD. You should be able to manually enter all the information.
 
they never even sent me my logon info. sigh
now im wondering why im switching from cable back to dsl (well i do save 12 bucks a month... and it is for my room at my parents apt and not my own place)
 
Again, you shouldn't need their CD.

Call them up & tell them you need to do an installation without it.

They'll probably bitch & moan, but they will do it.

Fix your BIOS settings not to reserve the last 2MB and it will work because 2048 = 2GB (MB) OR upgrade to 4GB because that will definitely be enough.
