2025 Civic, Phone and InfoCenter Suddenly Stopped Working

2025 Civic Touring Hybrid, Samsung Galaxy S25
A few days ago, suddenly my phone and the infocenter aren't friendly. My phone is connected, I can see it on the screen. I can make calls, I can receive calls, but I can't be heard, and I can't hear anyone.
I tried disconnect and reconnect, but the problem persists. I'm thinking it's a minor issue, but I can't find it. Anyone? Thank you.

There is a factory reset in the infotainment system. Try that.

Or take it into dealership.

Yeah, I dug around the settings and found the reboot button. Wasn't easy, by the way. But once found, pushed a button and one minute later all was well. I wonder how much the dealership would have charged for this?

my 2024 Odyssey Touring keeps showing FM app crashed but it works just fine. Didn't bother with factory reset. I just ignore it.
