Reliability and safety are primary criteria for me for selecting a vehicle.
Ease of owner maintenance is also a plus - I performed all the service on my current vehicle (almost 9 years old now).
I'd rather not spend more than 30K on a vehicle.
Assume gas mileage does not matter to me. I drive few miles per year.
Assume that I can get the base trim Camry for around $20K and the base CR-V for around $24K.
Which would you buy, and why?
