It's like a living version of that buffalo wild wings commercial where the home team restaurant somehow has control over rim size instead of the sprinklers.

Go Cavaliers!

This series will end on Friday, mark it down. 🙂

I can't believe Mozgov is 3rd string now. :hmm:

Are we going to get any decent games in the playoffs this year?

Seriously, nothing but blowouts and 0 drama. Maybe the Finals will be interesting. You can almost stop watching by the end of the 3rd qtr in all of these conf. Finals game. Except game 4 of the East one.

I'm going to try and stay up tonight and watch the game. Would be the only one in the series I've watched. Curious to see if OKC can deliver the knockout blow on GS's home court.

well that should have thoroughly drained all the confidence toronto gained.

what the shit kind of calculations did they do to make OKC 54% over Cav 32% to win the title? I hope the betting lines are similar so I can clean house. I don't see how OKC can beat the Cavs. But I don't use fancy pants computers to compute statistics. I just checked on Oddshark.com and they're showing the Cavs as a favorite in the finals by a decent amount hummmm.

+105 Cavs
+170 OKC.

Cavs big lineup definitely has an advantage over OKC, their small and fast is going to be slapped down every time by the cavs. And OKC's big lineup is nothing compared to the cavs. Only thing going for Oklahoma is the consistency. Jeames is not consistent where is Westbrook is consistent right now

good attempt by OKC, but they started to fizzle a couple minutes into the fourth. Still think it's going to be rather difficult for them not to win the next one back home.

Westbrook needed to calm dafuq down. 7 turnovers. Most of them just looked like he lost his dribble trying to cut too fast. Too much Durant iso jumpers, not enough ball movement. Hell the last play of either the 1st or 2nd quarter where OKC had the final possession...they had about 7 or 8 seconds on the clock and Durant just held it about 5 feet past the 3 point line and lobbed it. Couldn't they at least try *SOMETHING* there? Drive...get a few feet closer. Something.

All that being said...KC had to feel somewhat good about that game. They played like crap, GS came out and gave it their best and it was still a very close game. OKC hung around *a lot* longer than GS excellent game play would show otherwise.

That was an excellent Golden State game? I'm pretty sure that Klay and Steph are still getting outscored by Russ and KD by quite a bit. We've been getting average/below average performances from the Golden State stars all series. Steph broke out a little in game 2 but you won't see and excellent Golden State game until they find their form.

The good thing for the Warriors is that they can win a game with their stars playing average as long as they don't turn the ball over a ton. However, if the Thunder supporting cast play out of their minds like games 3 and 4 they will take game 6 regardless... Waiters hitting bombs is terrifying since it's normally lost possession any time he touches the ball.

GS shot 47% from the field, 38% from 3 point, and 91% from FT line making 31 of 34.
Their bench outscored OKC something like 30-12. They had momentum in their favor much of the game plus the crowd pushing them and they made huge bursts when they needed it. But OKC still hung in there.

The first two numbers are average for the Warriors this season. FT percentage is excellent though 🙂

Don't know about the bench scoring.

GS had some bench/role guys come in and help out immensely. That bulldozer dude..Mo Speights came in and dropped 14 points and gave a much needed moral boost that got the crowd rolling. Iggy had some great chemistry with Bogut and had 8 assists on the night. Even Livingston had some beauty turn around fade away jumpers that went down at key times. Kerr kept his guys somewhat in check time wise. GS played a good game and got really good minutes from their backups.

I have to question what Durant and Westbrook have in the tank after this game. They had to hard charge it all game and hustling their asses off.

well the average games they won this season was 73 lol, which is also excellent lol. just because they had their average numbers don't mean they weren't playing well. their averages this year are great, which is why they only lost 9 games.

Golden State's average play was historic this year. Their average game is enough to beat any team in the league. But when they play better than their average it's amazing and something we haven't really seen this series. That's my point. The Thunder have been playing well above how they performed this season. Golden State is not... My hope is that we get a top level game from Golden State and the Thunder continues their form this Saturday.
