I have started my list of what I want to be lifting by the end of next year. Once I finalize it I'll post here. What about the rest of you? What do you want to see yourself get done over the course of next year.

Here was 2014's thread:

http://forums.anandtech.com/showthread.php?t=2355866

I've had a really big struggle with getting clean off my food allergies this year, mainly corn. It's in EVERYTHING! The more you eliminate, the worse you feel if you eat it. So I think 2015's goals are going to be food-based. I'm big into food prep & I'm picking up a small chest freezer this week to store my homemade TV dinners. I'd like to be a lot more consistent about cooking & eating healthy, homemade foods.

And, you know, get ripped. I'm only five packs away from a 6-pack :awe:

From 2014

dead 5 plates for reps (4 or more) - don't care about this anymore... though I think I could do it

get waist down to 32" or less I got there, but when I went back to work, I didn't maintain it.

get legs up to 28" or more DONE!

Stay healthy No injuries other than a 4 day cold, and some joint/muslce tightness I had nothing major

For 2015...

20" arms
30" legs
maintain 32" or smaller waist.

I don't really care what I can lift anymore, just want to feel good.

would like to see if I can get 10% or lower BF @ 210 lbs of bodyweight - this is a pretty lofty goal

Stay healthy, no injuries

Get back to 200 pounds or less. Went from 238 to 198 and now at 215. Should be a 5-10 week effort if I don't cheat.

Get my 5 mile run at 9 minutemile pace back.

And get back to where I was with weights. Primarily I want to get to 200x5x5 bench press working sets.

Squats and dead were form limited so I'm not to worried with getting back to where I was with those.

My main focus for next year is going to be Jiujitsu related with lifting being a bit of an after thought, I'll do heavy cycles after my big tournaments and leading up to them I'm going to focus more on explosive movements and staying as mobile as possible. Here's what I have in order of importance.

Take gold at Pan Am's in March
Take gold in Gi Worlds in November(ish)
Maintain my weight, I got on the scale at 275 after Thanksgiving. Still in size 34 pants
Squat:600
Deadlift:650
Bench:400
Abs would be nice but they're way down here...

- Complete Challenge Knoxville Oly at sub-2:45:00
- Side goal: beat fundraising target of $5500. I am doing the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team in Training for this Triathlon. Great cause with a deep personal connection.
- Complete Augusta IM 70.3 at sub-6:00:00
- Drop BF% to sub-15%
- Get my average pace to 1:30/100m for my 1.2mile swim.
