Nope. I test drove a Focus Titanium two summers ago and they put me off so bad that I didn't even bother driving the new Fusion before buying my Camry even though I really like the car. Are you listening Ford? 😡
Buying the Toyota was hassle free and there was zero pressure.
There is no excuse for the bullshit they put you through at some of these places.
In 2011 when I was looking at buying a 5.0 they had on the lot I was turned off so bad by Galpin that I didn't even want to bother with it again. Dealing with their internet sales people was akin to walking through a middle eastern bazaar.
Same applies in 2012 when my uncle bought a Fiesta, was passed over from sales person to sales person to sales person to finally this guy who looked like he was a bouncer on the side came in and pretty much made me feel like I was stealing it from him and that the fact we bought it for under invoice means that he wont be able to take any money home today. What a tool.
Hyundai is equally as bad from what I hear second hand, but I haven't seen it myself.
Conversely, BMW, Mercedes, VW, Audi and Chevy all were top notch. No pressure, easy going, no back and forth bickering at all.
