Roiders shouldn't be the in the HOF. I don't care about all the other stuff, no.roids. It's not a hard concept to follow.

is that a yes or a no then?

If you had been reading the thread, you would have noticed I provided my answer to your question within one of my prior posts 😀

This is just one of the two times of the year when people manufacture rage against baseball because why the hell not be outraged about something! It's this, and it's the all-star voting. It gets old. I like the way things are done, I am happy with the way things are handled. Just my opinion. Baseball is a game (won on the field, not in the laboratories). It is supposed to be fun.

(side note to the all-star game & home field "advantage", did the Giants win game 7 because they had home field advantage?)

Can't change the past, but you can control what you can with the future. It's good Bonds & Clemens & McGwire & Sosa are out. Steroids will not be honored. Baseball is a game, it's supposed to be fun. Not a gamble with your future health.

wtf, who says?

Babe Ruth destroyed himself playing this game. like he gave a fuck...and he's a legend. You think he was concerend about his health?

Or anyone else that broke their body "legally" going for an edge?

bunch'a naive candyasses in this thread that simply have no clue what goes on in pro sports; as they ahve always been going on.

simply put: a spitballer, tarballer, scuffer, bat-corker, etc etc, is no less of a cheater than a PED user.

and that's a fact.

and the HOF is littered with them.

Bonds was a top 1% HoFer long before he started juicing. McGwire never broke a rule while he was playing. Bonds may be a misanthropic douchehole in real life--but Ty Cobb is also in the HoF.

Almost anyone can acknowledge the argument that Bonds can be considered the greatest ever--yes, he's up there, and only a fool would deny it.

I dont' really like the guy, I don't like the Giants and don't care all that much about the Pirates, but the guy is, at the very least, top 3 all time.

not in the HoF? give me a fucking break. Buncha dillholes that never could play the game are voting against him. go figure.

Babe Ruth often played through sicknesses such as the flu, he had a massive drinking problem, and later in life came down with cancer. Hardly a comparison to destroying the body through injecting roids.

Does it eat you up inside knowing you will never have a vote on the subject? 😉

You are angry because this is a topic you have a passion for. What exactly your passion is I'm not sure, you're more than welcome to share.

Personally, I do have an increasingly difficult time being entertained watching other people risk their future health for today's achievements. If everyone took roids, the playing field is level & everyone is at risk. If no one took roids, the playing field is also level and risks are much, much, much, much diminished. So yeah, that's why I don't want steroids in baseball, to me it drains entertainment out of the game.

As for Bonds, he is a relic of time past. Nothing more 😛
