To clarify, did you really like this season's re-boot of "The X-Files" or are you just a fan in general, hoping for a perhaps better next season? I ask because, so far, the re-boot seemed extremely lame to me. The other show I assume is a reality fishing show that features trolling.

The two show I voted to bring back were "The Good Wife" (please!) and "Grinder."

GW is long gone. Original showrunners and lead actress decided it was time to bail. Not sure what show would be about after that.

I don't watch very many TV shows. I set my DVR to record The Last Man on Earth because it looked interesting a long time ago. It's kind of strange. I tell myself that i don't like the show and I find the humor annoying, but I keep watching it.

I personally love the show. It's quirky and different and at least original. I can see where many people would be turned off by it, but me and a lot of friends absolutely love it.

I was a little surprised by that too. They've lost about a third of their viewers since last year (a little more or less depending on if you're looking at the demo or total). But they still have 1.5M in the target audience. If they keep going at the same rate, they're going to be on the bubble by the end of next season. Maybe canceled.

It's weird how that works. I absolutely can't stand the main character. He raises whining and incoherent babbling to the level of psychological torture. But I like the rest of the cast. I do try to fast forward over him as much as possible though.

Eh I don't know, I've been enjoying Blacklist and this spinoff will have Famke Janssen as the lead, i.e. a female version of Reddington. I'll watch it.

Like I said above, I've been enjoying it but I don't mind if they finished the story up next season. Just like I don't mind that they will end PoI. There's no reason for these series to run for more than a decade like the CSIs and NCISs of the world. 3-4 seasons of good stories and wrap it up, it would be perfect.

Ha ha, I did the same last year, watching the whole season while simultaneously finding the show, and especially the lead, incredibly annoying. This season, though, I cut the thread. I believe I am a better man for it.

I like Lucifer. I'm a little embarrassed to say that because the acting is so over the top, but I really like the concept. I guess it's the Satan worshiper in me.

Speaking of which, you should check out Damien. Much more on the serious side than Lucifer but they seem to be able to pull it off without a lethal amount of eye rolling.

Ohhhhh. Episodes. I think I saw part of an episode. It looked like one of those shows where you had to build up the comedy and I wasn't willing to put in the time. Also, I tend not to appreciate UK humor. Not sure why. Guess it's a cultural thing.

There's some graphic violence and creepy music but personally I don't think it's much worse than Supernatural. It's a lot more "serious" than Supernatural and that can cut both ways. It can either make it impossible to actually take the show seriously or it can result in a more psychological horror, sort of like Crimson Peak.
