I dunno man, that looks like a recipe for a 6-10 season there. They're going to get jacked playing the NFCW teams this year and those last 5 games or so are going to be brutal. JAX is the only truly cupcake team on their schedule.

That looks to have pasted a lot better than I thought it would. Took a bit of searching to find a listing with all the games on one page, for some reason everyone wanted to do it where you click to go week by week.

Well, last year had us playing all of the AFC W so it's not that bad.

Besides, it's the Cowboys, of course it looks like a 6-10 season. 😉
 
Dont like the consecutive Thursday night games some teams are forced to and The colts get kinda screwed over on scheduling thought the Raiders somehow have the hardest schedule.


Seahawks not getting prime time games because of blowouts is horrible as well. What are these executives smoking?

WTF are you talking about, every team must have 1 to 4 primetime games (although looks like this has been modified with more primetime games as a few teams have 5 this year) and the seachickens have 4.

I thought they had 4?

FWIW, the back to back Thursday still gives them a week of rest between the second games then 10 days after.

Right, but the 10 days off after thanksgiving were to "make up" for the short schedule you get before the game. It made perfect sense.

Getting a break a week after you bust your ass doesn't do much for you during that week.

OK, I'll put this up and judge the interest. Here's how it would work should we reach a critical mass of volunteers

1. Starting at a designated date/time, we'll go through the draft sequentially and try to get through 2 rounds.
2. Each team will have two hour window in which to make a pick or trade it to someone else. Each team will know in advance when is their 2-hour slot to draft.
3. If picks can be made quicker they should - you're not required to take the entire 2 hours. If traded a pick must still be made within the 2-hour window for the slot.
4. If a team does not make a pick by the end of the 2-hour window, the other owners will by consensus select the most suitable player for the team and the draft will continue.
5. If you're not available at your designated time, you can PM your pick in advance to me and I'll annouce it at the designated time.
6. Picks can only be traded for other picks and not players.

To sign up, please post your desired team here in the thread and I'll maintain a master list in this post next to the bracketed draft slot time (each team has a bracket although the Redskins and Colts don't pick until the 2nd round).

I'd pick the Cowboys, but I'll probably be just as bad as JJ, so in an effort to continue to be able to criticize him, I will not partake.

I will say I am damn good a Fantasy drafts though, even if people don't particularly think so right after.
 
I can pick the Redsksins, totally forget about this mock event, and still pretty much come out even with their success in the real draft!

Note: I don't follow this nearly enough to be a worthy participant.
