EA won last year so I'm guessing with the crap that just happened and the CEO stepping down because of it they are a shoe-in again.

He resigned over personal reasons:

What's wrong with chase? I've had no issues with them and haven't read anything sharky about them.

Different people will swear up and down that every big bank is the worst in the country, it just depends who you talk to. People hate banks because they think they shouldn't make any money because they shouldn't need to because their business is "taking" money.

The "nominees" are really poorly selected. It's like they're just picking industries; airlines, retail stores, telecoms, banks/credit providers, cable, tech account for like 27/32. Low hanging fruit.

this seems more like a list of large/popular brands, not an actual list of bad companies.

A lot of the REAL bad compaies are ones that do not have a public brand outside of their particular sector. Sometimes this is done on purpose.

The main site has some great post titles right now:

"When You’re Getting Kicked Out Of Family Dollar, Don’t Ask Your 7-Year-Old To Pepper Spray The Employees"

"Man Wants To Be The First To Sell A House For Bitcoins Because Real Money Is So 2008"

"Target Sent Me Free Stuff! Too Bad It Was An Open Box Cutter"

"Wait, Did Logitech Just Commandeer My Mouse And ‘Like’ Itself On Facebook?"

^ if that's the case, the more customers there are, the more likely they will have complainants. So a list of most of the big companies from various industries are on there... surprise surprise.

Of course, it's not going to be a list of small companies who piss off every customer. If it was per capita you'd have a list of unknown local companies that are shitty which would defeat the point.
