Looks nice... I think this should have come after the 2nd gen GTS which is still hot btw.

I think the look is a step in the right direction, but I'm not sure the rumored ~650 HP is enough to be relevant.

When the Gen 1/2 cars were released 400-450 was outrageous at that price point. With ZR1, GT500, ZL1, etc. I'm just not sure its enough of a standout.

Good lord - what an era we're in. I read somewhere this morning that there are 70 mass production cars with 500 BHP or greater.

I see your point but 650 BHP in a ~3,300 lb car is already so far beyond the level of absurdity and over the ability level of the overwhelming majority of buyers that I can't imagine them feeling a need to give it more.

pictures show 6k rpm redline. 8.4L V10 you say? That's a Chrysler engine... 😉

edit: press release says 6,200 rpm.

All-new carbon-fiber and aluminum skin is sculpted for high-speed stability and a slippery .364 drag coefficient (Cd)

I understand the need for stability, but .364 is anything BUT slippery.

It has to be a misprint, because that's worse than the challenger's .356

edit: maybe not actually. The old ones had crappy drag coefficients too. I guess the idea is just push the air out of the way. Who cares how much it is. More power.
