Yeah I love tnt stream. Don't have cable and that sucks for a nba fan. I would gladly pay for nba league pass if I could watch my home team. I guess they don't want my money.

TNT Overtime has been quite good to me. The UI could use a little work (no score display in fullscreen unless I'm blind) and the audio is a little goofy at times because the feed never cuts to commercials/other segments, but overall it's great to have.

Also the Heat have awesome cheerleaders.

Hoping the Timberwolves stay healthy and make it back to the playoffs. It's been a long, long 10 years as a Wolves fan.

If they can stay healthy they should be one of the most exciting teams to watch. I left them off the top 5 for my league pass picks because I just don't have the confidence in them staying healthy.

Well having an average to a little above average nba team kinda sucks but doesn't suck having seats on the lower level row D for $41 a piece for the home opener! Should be fun. Pulling out the JET jersey for tonight.

Yup. That's my hope as well. I've been distracted all day at work here waiting for the game tonight. Anyway I just hope we're healthy this year as that should lead to playoffs. I'm also moderately intrigued by Washington.

I've been trying to sign up for nba free trial and it is kind of like obamacare, it keeps on crashing at random parts of the account creation and billing process. I wanted to see the heat philly game

wow michael carter williams.

21pts, 12 assists, 9 steals and 7 boards. and a win against the heat. and the knock on this guy was... he couldnt shoot and he hits 4 3s

Spurs start off their season in style. Don't remember Suprs starting the season with a win in a while... Some good matches to follow, interesting 1st week.

Go Spurs Go

Now THIS is how a mascot is done:

Used the league pass preview to its fullest over the weekend.. really fun keeping up with my fantasy team. I watched all the Rockets and Wolves games even though I have none of its players on my team. If I had to pick the top 5 LP teams.. 1) GSW 2) OKC 3) Rockets 4) Wolves 5)Wizards (local) 😛

Awesome game between Rockets and Lakers last night. Sloppy but both teams putting out extra effort all across the floor, even when the Rockets were down big. When they started making the run to close the gap I thought the Lakers were doomed lol.

Clips/Heat was pretty good too but when the Heat finally took a small lead it seemed like the Clips were too gassed to do much about it.

Are you kidding me, that game was almost unwatchable! Absolutely no half court offense whatsoever for the Rockets.. The NBA and its refs did their best to give the Rockets the win..56 FTs to like 16 for the Lakers (Dwight shot 16 - most of them during the 4th qtr). There was absolutely no flow to the game. The refs, unfortunately, couldn't also play defense for the Rockets. Parsons throwing the ball into D12 - bonehead play of the year so far. Nevermind the fact that McHale should've taken out Howard for Asik at the end there - Lakers wouldn't have even gotten the chance to win.

The Clippers are also a joke - Blake Griffin trying to post-up is utterly cringe-worthy. The Heat weren't even trying until the 3rd qtr. Take CP3 out of the game and the Clip joint looked so lost. No way the Clippers or the Rockets make it to the WCF this year. Yuck

Well I said it was sloppy lol, but I enjoyed it at any rate - ugly plays and all. Plays like Johnson contesting Howard for that offensive board that then gets tipped in I think are great 😀

Are you arguing that the NBA refs were biased towards the Rockets because they gave Dwight Howard a bunch of trips to the line while LA was employing the coveted "Hack-a-Dwight" strategy? That doesn't make any sense.

And the game itself may have been sloppy, but the last few minutes were pretty awesome. I don't like the Lakers, but I do like Steve Blake, and I was happy to see him hit a game winner.

I thought Reddick was pretty effective for the Clippers, not good enough defensively though.

Letting the shot clock wind down to like 10 seconds before fouling James was just mind boggling though. Poor doc was jumping up and down on the court screaming to foul.

At this rate, Chicago will have more wins without Rose last year than with him this one.

No i was trying to make a point that even without counting the hack-a-dwight FTs, Rockets were getting all those FTs

Yeah that pretty hilarious in the replay.. Doc started yelling at Blake who didn't hear him then Doc started yelling at CP3 who started to yell at Blake again. D:

I love watching the nba but 5 games in you can see that the championship will be between the heat or the pacers. The eastern conference finals will essentially be the finals. It's still good drama to watch the rest duke it out for the scraps.

Two of their losses are to the Heat and Pacers, which seem to be everyone's consensus picks for two best teams in the East, so I wouldn't get worried just yet. They've got Utah, Cleveland and Toronto coming up; they could easily be 4-3 by next week. But Rose hasn't looked very good so far; he needs to get his game back or Chicago will definitely be in trouble. You aren't going far if Carlos Boozer is the best player on your team.

I wouldn't write the rest off just yet but those two certainly look to be the front runners currently - but maybe they're just the first to find their "sea legs". I think some of the others have high ceilings but are not really cohesive teams yet.

I'm actually enjoying the surprising play of some of the "tank" teams so far. Suns, Magic, and Sixers have all showed some legit sparks.
