I have Saints Row 3 and have played it for about 20 hours, it's a lot of fun. The main quest story missions are silly and absurdly over the top, but in a good way. The lowbrow humor is actually funny.
The "season pack" DLC is the one to get, it should be under $10 on sale. It includes a new car and motorcycle, and (more important) new content including a pretty good 3-mission sci-fi B-movie spoof.

Trine 2 vs. Magicka is a hard comparison. Both are good games, but Magicka has been on sale a ridiculous number of times. Trine 2 has only been on sale once that I recall (I bought it then) and I believe that was only 50% off (vs. the current possible 75% off sale).

Oh and of course, the Saints Row 3 DLC isn't even on sale! I would consider that if you might vote on a game just for the DLC. $25 for SR3 + DLC isn't bad, but I already own the game.
So, if you just want Magicka's DLC, you may be a bit bummed to find it not reduced as much as the game.

You know, I'm pissed, I voted for Saint's Row 3 hoping to get some of the DLC for 75% off instead the DLC is still stuck at 33% off (unless you buy the franchise bundle)
Deus HR sale is over and Warlock Master of Arcane is now a flash sale.
Warlock rocks, if you dig civilization type games you should like it.

Thank God. I'm trying to save money this week, the last thing I need is Steam sales affecting my bank balance.
And what about DLC? I kinda just want the Genki outfit and car which is in the Funtime Pack for $2, but Funtime is included in Premium Pleasure which looks like it just includes cheats for $5. That brings it at $17, but then spending another $8 and getting the Franchise pack with all DLC might be worth it. The DLC for this game is kinda ridiculious.

When I logged into Steam, it automatically started downloading the DLC for me......when I go to the DLC store page it says I already own it. Thanks Flying Wild Hog!!!!!!

That's what I was thinking. Arma II was the #1 selling game (before the Summer sale started anyway). Why would Steam put it on sale? Doesn't seem like they'd need to (same with Skyrim).

Yeah, but there is good hope, because just like Skyrim. Skyrim was a daily deal during the holiday sale and it was the top selling game since its release. So there is hope
Because no one gives a crap about ARMA 2! This should be a $10 game. They couldnt even give it away for free before DayZ was released. They should grow the user base as much as they can before someone does this type of thing better. And finally, I dont want to pay full price. :biggrin:

Isn't it possible SR3 will come up on a daily deal later where the franchise pack is $15?

Hard to say, I honestly think if something is a flash sale/deal it wont be a daily deal and if it is it wont be cheaper then the previous deal in the same sale.
