The sales can be surprising at times with games never heard of. Sleeping dogs i'd never heard of. Now i've just googled Dishonoured which is now on sale, which looks amazing. Would never have even heard of it otherwise. Perhaps it's time to start reading gaming magazines.

Anyone played Dishonoured?

Dishonored is my GOTY. I loved it. Play stealthy/sneaky and you'll get a lot of enjoyment out of it.

Curses... When I saw Torchlight 2 was on sale for $14.99 I jumped and grabbed it. Now it's $9.99! I must repair my time machine!

Started it on Friday. Finished it today. Amazing game. Only disappointment was that it didn't last longer.

I got 21 hours out of my first play through. Got a low chaos rating overall as I probably only killed around 20-30 people total. Going to play through again doing a total stealth run and a kill everyone run as well.

OK thanks. At 50% off it's probably not going down much further this year so will get it now. Apart from perhaps the christmas sales. Played Arkham city on the PS3 and enjoyed it. Just contemplating whether for this price it's worth it for the PC, for the graphical quality and the fact it was awesome. If anyones never played it, i'd say get it fast! Never played Arkham asylum mind.

What are the opinions on Torchlight 2? I played quite a bit of the first one, but never finished it. I just found it too repetitive.

DAO Ultimate, 9 dollar flash sale. Origins, all DLC, and Awakening. I already own DAO and Awakening, but only two of the DLC packs.

Also, got Batman Arkham City.

Ya, I paid $53.98 for DA:O 'Deluxe' and Awakenings; now 'ultimate' is out, and says I don't have that, so I guess I'm missing some DLC.

They don't sell the DLC except if you re-buy the games in 'ultimate'.

I thought it'd be nice to get the guide - it requires you buy 'ultimate'.

Hate having to re-buy the entire franchise just on principle to get a little DLC or a guide.

Got lucky on that one (was about to get it on GMG for 25% off of $14.99, and hadn't hit buy yet). But I broke the rule and got Sins of a Solar Empire for $19.99, oops.

Fun game. First dungeon crawler that I might actually finish. I found it to be more fun than the first one. Graphics are good and runs on my cheap lappy. Dual pistol + Magic spammer seems so wrong but feels so right. Heh.

My experience with the guides is that they suck. The one that I got for Tropico 4 is like the manual but dumbed down.

New golden rule. Don't buy any game you don't have time to play before the next steam sale. Regretting so many purchases today. :p

I can't fight this feeling anymore. Going to finally buy Skyrim for $22.50 at gmg. It hurts to spend that much on a game, it hurts in my bones. This is what Steam sales have done to me. I also picked up the Magic: The Gathering game for $5, and am going to get both Batman games and the Civ V DLC.

Impossibru!!

I'm buying the batman games specifically to keep company with all the other uninstalled games in my backlog. They are getting lonely.

Batman Arkham City GOTY for $7.49 is the best I've seen. My backlog is gonna keep me busy... or more like it will just sit there doing nothing because I am busy. :(

Is Civ V worth it if I enjoyed Civ IV?

And does Dawnguard add anything that makes it worth the money? The metacritic score is pitiful.

Skyrim is well worth it. I bought it at launch and it's the first Elder Scrolls game I've played to completion. I played 80 hours and enjoyed all of it so you are defiantly going to get your moneys worth.
