Same here. Plus I'll admit, the whole ticket thing and contest deal has gotten me to pay a little more attention and maybe buy some stuff I wouldn't have otherwise. I don't think I've gotten anything over $10 so far, but a few cheaper things.
I don't spend more than $10 on digital games. I'll wait until price goes down if I want it.

Today's sales are now up...I may not lose any money today! Might think about buying an older C&C game. C&C 4 looks atrocious and got a 64 metacritic score, so I'll probably avoid that.

Company of Heroes is one of the best RTS games out there if you don't have it already. Might as well pick it up now.

I think Audiosurf is a no-brainer for $1.50. Chill game for listening to music, and one of my favorite music games in general.

I've heard good things about Sanctum, it's like an FPS tower defense hybrid. Try out the demo first.

Audiosurf will be bought. Remember thinking the demo (or beta?) was cool but too expensive in the full game. I'm a sucker for music games (also bought the Beat...something game a couple days back).

Don't do the musiic games. Thinking about buying some laura and maybe some city action.

If anyone getting rift, be sure to go through down below first.

Re-selling Steam games is against their TOS and not allowed here because of it. Please don't get this thread locked.
There was a discussion about this already.
It looked as if it was a case of - at your own discretion. Don't deal with traders who don't have a reputable record common sense type of thing.

damn it

they messed up on Risen, it is suppose to be 66% off not 75% (even though the graphic on the front page says 66% on the actual store page it shows up with the 66% price)

It just went from buy, to not buy.

NO! </3 I'm still getting it. But 7.50$ was so much better!
Do you think it was ever available at 7.50$ or just a front page error? If I had purchased at 1PM EST. Alas, guess it doesn't matter now. I am SO bummed. Uhg.

Do you get 3 months of play with Rift, like you do when it's bought from retail?

I'd also like to know especially considering that the main RIFT page had it on sale for 5$ very recently.EDIT: Seems to only be one month. However, I guess that recent 5$ deal didn't include a month, so 9.99$ is actually a better deal.

If a person were to buy one C&C game (or two) which would they be?

Have only bought Magicka Complete Pack and Monday Night Combat so far, a total spending of $12.23. Was very tempted to buy the King's Bounty, but I'll wait since I've still got enough backlog and I know it will be on sale again and maybe even for lower.

There's some really good deals today. Only thing is I have most of the good stuff already. The Sanctum 4-pack is a really hot deal. They just updated the game yesterday or the day before and added in 4 player co-op instead of just 2 player co-op.

If you are thinking of buying Rift, make sure to buy the collectors edition it is well worth the extra cost for the larger bag and mount. You can use the mount as soon as you get to a mailbox (right after getting out of the noob area like 1-2 hours at most play time)

Bastard!! I just bought Rift less than a week ago for $10 (collector's edition) *without* the free month (which makes it essentially $25 to play). Now Steam has it for $15 *with* the free month.

That'll teach me to never buy anything ever without first checking if Steam has it (and eventually will have it on one of their crazy sale).
