lupi

Lifer
Pretty awesome class this year

DE Richard Dent Da'Bears
RB Marshall Faulk Colts/Rams
LB Chris Hanburger Skins
LB Les Richter Rams
Ed Sabol NFL Films
CB Deion Sanders Primetime
TE Shannon Sharpe Broncos/Ravens

interesting, sabol was a world class swimmer and declined on the 36 olympics out of protest. then he landed at utah as part of the 4th inf div.

Curtis Martin deserves to be in the HOF. he deserves to be a First Ballot HOFer.

I can't for the life of me figure out how they thought he wasn't deserving of the hof.

he's a classic compiler, never dominant but very durable and performed at a high level for many years

never higher than third in yards from scrimmage

never higher than tenth in TDs

only 2 seasons with more than 1500 yards rushing

never more than 2000 yards from scrimmage

career 4.0 ypa

certainly a quality member of the 'hall of very good'

definitely not a first ballot hall of famer. i'm sure he'll get in last year. can't put him in over faulk.

4 yards and a cloud of dust.

A player like him that doesn't have a ring just shows coaches and other players suck.

Fixed 😉

LOL.... Sanders plays all those years for Atlanta and Dallas and you want to claim him for the ONE season he spent in SF? Let's have Denver claim Tony Dorsett and Seattle claim Franco Harris while we're at it... :awe:

Being a fan is one thing... being a psycho fanatic is quite another.
