What tickets did they get? Also, it is VERY easy to sell the extras on the Vanoc fan to fan site.

Some Men's and Women's Hockey, some other stuff as well, but I'm not sure of the particulars yet. I'm off work the entire Olympics, so I can pretty much do whatever.

Cool. I wanted to see a Swedish or US team hockey game, but nothing really fit in with our schedule.

There is just too little scoring in Hockey. They need to make the nets 50% bigger and get rid of archaic rules like icing and offsides. Power plays need to be earned, not given through penalties. For example, for every 20 shot attempts on goal, you get a 60 second power play.

I hate CTV, it should definitely be with CBC. Sacrilegious in my opinion.

I hate CTV news - too much of a conservative slant compared to CBC.

However, I don't know that CTV's sports coverage is all that bad. Still pales in comparison to the good old CBC days with Brian Williams at the helm though.

Shens. Everyone knows that you Canadians hate us Americans..

😕

I'm Canadian, my girlfriend is American, and we're going to a bunch of Olympics Hockey Games together.

We just don't like your crazy religious people and your gun toting rednecks.

CTV = TSN

Good news coverage.

In addition, Roger's SportsNet and a few other stations will have various events too.

Scoring has increased hand over fist the last few years, and your rule changes suck balls.

I just generally dislike CTV, even their commercials suck.

However, it looks like Williams is with the CTV Olympics crew, so all hope is not lost thankfully.

Yeah, we just got an alert form work that the damn torch thing is coming through at rush hour tomorrow. Good thing I walk to work. 😀

Loyd Robertson needs to retire already. Watching him has always been dull, now it's become almost a Death Watch.

You're in Coal Harbor right? It's also coming through there in the morning.

The relay makes no sense, it comes through to Yaletown tonight, then runs to the west end in the morning and ends back up in yaletown tomorrow night.

There's been some buzz on the Local News here. People heard the Canadian Anthem during a rehearsal and they've been saying the rendition sucks.
