Picking the Colts now seems silly with the losses in personnel they've had and the AFC having so many other powerhouses.

Well I'm not sure how to prove it really. I could try and dig in the archives but no one cares anyways.

Yeah I'm not feeling too great about my Colts pick. Still time to change it :D - I'll have to go over it some more. Might have to change it to the Pats.

hahahahahahaha!

I'd laugh if they made it and lost

Wanting to outdo themselves, they'd then proceed to do so for 5 straight Super Bowls.

Chargers Vs Giants, Chargers win. It's about time the QB class of 2005 (Rivers) need to win a ring, since Ben and Eli got their.

Well I'm pretty torn about the AFC. I don't want to see another Steeler's superbowl game. Bunnyfubbles made a good point about the Colt's coaching staff, it's completely different from last year, I can forsee a frustrated Peyton Manning many times this upcoming season...you know that "c'mon! what the hell!" look he always gets. I'm not as big a fan of the Patriots as I used to be now that Bruschi is gone. And Vinatieri, why'd they ever get rid of Vinatieri? I guess that was a few years ago though. I don't like Philip Rivers so I don't want to see the Chargers in the Superbowl. Tempted to throw Bailtimore in there now that they finally have some Offense, they seem to have a lot of key players with injuries though. Tennessee will be a contender but I don't trust Kerry Collins for another whole season.

So, mostly personal choices :p - Going with the Pats though. Belichick+Brady+Moss+Welker.

I'm going with the cowboys. It's one of the concessions Jerry got from the league for building the stadium.

Vikings may be in there somewhere, with or without Favre.
Definitely won't be my Bucs though.

Packers have looked great in preseason. Thats for sure. But remember, the Lions were 4-0 last year in the preseason

yup. i have to contain my excitment for the season because i know that thinking superbowl for the pack is a bit premature. yes they are playing fantastic right now, but there record is still 0-0 at this point.

Rodgers man... Rodgers. I said it YEARS ago when Favre was still sane and throwing for the Packers. That Rodgers kid is going to be something special.

Eagles over Chargers though I'm still rooting for my Vikings to win it all.

i believe he will be something special, but the pessimistic side of me says the defense will loose some games for us still, or he will get hurt and brohm will have to lead us(*shudder*)

my belief is that with the exact same team as last year they easily could have been 8-8 or 9-7 with just a little bit of luck(better bounce, call here and there, etc) this team is better then last years and i believe the defense is improved as well. i think they can do 10-6 or 11-5. hard to say as it depends alot on the vikigns and bears and how well they play this year.
