Even Ford's full synthetic is not a true synthetic...it's Group III and II/II+, maybe some IV or V thrown in, but certainly not a large amount.

Mobil-1 0W-20 is going to be a better oil than Ford's 5W-20 semi-synthetic...and the price reflects that.

Every 2010 Camry gets 5W-30 for oil changes, its what Toyota uses, so its what we use.The 0W-20 is mainly for fuel economy.

The base engine has seen no changes, the 2AZ-FE. You can run 5w30 if you want, 0W20 if you want, the real difference comes down to a few hp more power and fractions of a percent more fuel economy when using a thinner oil. I believe the 5/10W30 to 0W30 gained 3hp SAE a couple of years ago.
