I got in on this PM, for better than I expected!!
paid 120+tax out the door at CrapUSA! plus $100 and $20 MIRs printed out at the register.
If I send in those rebate that means I got the Drive for a little over FREE.

Now I just need this question answered,
can a Rebate company refuse the rebate cuz the in-store price paid-for was really low?
If you want details, albeit curious, results read on (WARNING: lots of text).
I printed out the bestbuy webpage for the WD 200 GB, price $220.
Took it to Paramus, NJ CUSA (by Fashion Center Mall and Sports Authority)
and asked for a pricematch.
Because their Computer section was closed for some reason (Saturday??), I had to point out the drive from their in-store flyer, which indicates the rebates bringing down the $270 price to $150.
Bad idea showing the flyer, cuz the Manager wouldn't PM the BEFORE rebate price of 270 to BB's NO-Rebate $220.
After a good 20 minutes of looking up the BB website himslef and other stuff, the manager came back to me saying that the CUSA's AFTER-rebate price is cheaper than bestbuy. I told him I didnt want to deal with rebates and gave some excuse like, "$150 is already too low below our price point" or some crap like that.
Drove down the highway to another CUSA, this one by Garden State Plaza Mall and BJ's.
One manager I spoke to said no he can't do Internet PMs, despite the fact that I told him the print out is the same as in-store Price at BB.
I made sure NOT to show them their own flyer for the HD this time.
I waited another 20 minutes for the Manager one up from the first to come out of a meeting.
This manager after going off into his office says its ok, and comes back with a receipt-like slip (couldnt quite see what it was, i'm guessing it had a barcode for the PM price or something...)
The sales clerk scans that paper from the manager and its rings up -- as 119.99!!
I don't know how they got that price but I kept quiet as the clerk totaled up tax, and it prints out with the 2 original rebates for $100 and $20.
The clerk hands me the recipt for me to sign and adds "now i know why you wanted the Pricematch!"
So in the end, I bought a 200gb HD with ATA card for $120+tax -$120 MIRs = $0
Even if the MIRs don't go through, I still got a killer deal, so I'm happy for the 3-plus hours i spent looking at boxes of games.
Hopefully more of us can get similar deals! Good Luck!
