I really dislike Dwight Howard after this postseason. I used to be a fan after he put up big numbers for my fantasy team, but watching him live this postseason has proven two facts ...

1) He looks like a European soccer player after every foul. He gets this whiny look on his face and complains even when the foul is blatant. Also, he commits 10-12 fouls per game and doesn't get called for half that.

2) He throws enough elbows to make Charles Oakley blush, and no one ever seems to discuss this. Dirrrrty player. Dirty.

Or maybe I'm just bitter due to the fact that, as an unbiased fan of a team that did not make the playoff, I find LeBron a LOT more entertaining than Howard and want the Cavs to win.

well duh... dwight howard is still developting his offensive sets.. pretty much all he can do is to dunk the ball.
maybe he can develop a jumper in a year or two but lbj23 is one of those once in a while, special players

Most "star" players whine at the refs. Also, the foul calls in the playoffs have been so inconsistent that he probably doesn't have much of an idea what will and will not be called a foul.

He's not a dirty player. There's always elbows flashing in the paint.

Oakley went out of his way to hurt other players, or at least get under their skin. He would often seek to hit and push other players after the whistle had blown, when the refs weren't looking.

This

The foul calls have been bad in this post-season and especially bad in this Cavs/Magic series.

Basketball is pretty much like football...there's usually a foul/penalty on every play. It's just a matter of where the ref is looking and if he feels like calling it. Some are more blanent than others. Sometimes the ref has a worse angle than the cameras. Sometimes the history of the player plays into it.

howard's been especially screwed on the calls. kobe's one of the biggest whiners, but he does it in a subtle way to be just shy of drawing a T. but he's up there with howard with 5 Ts.

dwight howard's not getting called for fouls like he did in game 5..delonte west and lbj go right into his body drawing contact and no whistle.

i don't really mind it but it's so fuckin inconsistent!

magic vs lakers = magic 2-0

That is just like saying if you act like a moron one day, I can expect you to be a moron for the rest of your life?
It's been 14 years. This is a completely different magic team.

the Magic had Jameer Nelson both games. putting in about 27 and 28 points. Both games were extremely close.

The magic will need Alston to put up a good game and Pietrus to continue doing well.

way to show sportsmanship LeBron, bolts for the locker room. Doesn't even bother to stay and at least shake hands, pat on the back whatever.

No worse than Dwight Howard shooting a 3-pter at the end of the game.

Dwight did it just to be silly, no insult intended. LBJ was a douche running off like that.
