lol I love it when kobe says "I didn't see it"

hahaha

Anybody with smarts would say the same thing. Nobody wants to comment on their own teammate getting ejected unless they knew it was a bad call and it wasn't.

I wonder if Doug Collins will tell us what Kobe's dick tastes like, since he sucks it so much. Good lord... :disgust:

he's just pissed he never coached Michael Jordan to a championship and see another Jordan in Kobe Bryant = instant hard-on

Kobe should be suspended for game 3.

That elbow was flagrant!

qft

I am on Artests side with this.

The elbows was non intentional on a box out. Watch the video, Kobe's not even looking in the direction when Artest tried to do a reach in ... Artest got the best of himself, instead of actually talking to a ref - he did what he does best, and tried to start something.

Houston's having a lot of success w/o T-mac. Past the 1st round!

I guess T-mac's not allowed to have a belt and shoelaces at this point?

They need to trade him to the Knicks.

After viewing the replays:

Fisher's ejection was definitely merited. In the NBA's parlance, Fisher "wound up" and "followed thru". Fisher definitely looked for Scola. Fisher has such a good rep, he might be able to avoid suspension.
Kobe's elbow looked inadvertent. A foul should have been a called, but not flagrant. The "T" on Artest was BS. Ref's GOTTA have thicker skin.

All IMO.

just saw artest's interview. either he's grew up or he's got really good at not speaking up his mind

Hypothetical question: if Rafer Alston bitch-slapped an incoming Kobe Bryant hidden elbow. Who gets the technical?

Watching highlights:

Is it just me, or does Dwight Howard vs Kendrick Perkins looks like Superman vs Satan? Perkins is pretty evil looking.

That flush by Rondo was redunkulous.

No, he deserved to get thrown out - if he would have shut the HELL up after they pulled him away, it would have been the Tech he was expecting. But no, he let his temper get to him.

Like someone else said, it's cus of Artie's rep. No way he should have gotten ejected. A "T" yes cus you're not supposed to talk crap to the other team but getting ejected.......wtf

not true. that was a bad call, and the ejection was because of his rep. he was ejected the moment he decided to stop pleading with the refs and confronted Kobe.

any other player in the NBA (with the exception of Dennis Rodman probably), it would've been just a technical.

A T was called because of the confrontation with Kobe - another T was called because he kept jawing away after an OFFICIAL pushed him away, and then he came back - at which point his team mates had to grab him.

Player-player confrontations happen all the time w/o a technical being called. A ref could have taken Artest by the arm and steered him away, and said "son, you say one more thing, I'm gonna toss you."

Kobe just said that Artest should not have been ejected.

I wonder why all the Kobe-haters sound like they have one in their mouth tonight?

Oh yea, because that was an amazing performance.

So you have no problem with Kobe's behavior over the years? Are you more a Kobe fan than a Lakers fan? The Lakers may have won a couple of more championships if he hadn't forced management to ditch Shaq.
