Lamar is great, Fisher is great, without Kobe I still see them as contenders, maybe even Champs. Sure he's the best player on the team by far. But those games where he's ball hogging and scoring 50, 60, even 81 points. I can't help but wonder what the rest of the team could have done if they had the ball. I don't really look at his 81 point game in NY as an accomplishment. Lamar + Gasol + Fisher alone makes for a sweet squad. Kobe probably doesn't want to help Odem become a better player, because it will take the spot light off of him. Kobe is not a good team leader, Shaq was far better. And Shaq has a ring since leaving the Lakers, even if he never gets another, he managed to do it without Kobe. Kobe can't say the same though.

Lamar has never really thrived when he was "the guy". Reminds me in a way of Paul Pierce in that regard. Pierce did very well when Antoine Walker was there - play-offs, Eastern Conf. finals - even tho Walker was kind of a lunkhead. Then, once Antoine was gone, he struggled more in the big spot. Lamar looks more comfortable as the 3rd option on offense.

Adelman needs to bring in Chuck Hayes so he can lay Kobe out...just to send a message.

Bulls/Celtics that ended on Saturday was better, though it's only game 2 here, so we shall see.

vujacic is a punk

Where's the respect? Vujacic is "The Machine".

Vujacic gave himself that nickname. Anyone who gives themselves a nickname is retarded.
