The Detroit Free Press got to take the Camaro concept car for a spin.

"The head-turning new sport coupe can't hit the road soon enough. GM has not officially decided it will build the Camaro, but the legendary car's powerful appeal, the adrenaline shot it will give Chevrolet and conversations with a number of GM executives are enough to convince me only a catastrophe will keep this car off the road."

For some reason I don't like the look of the new Mustang or that Camaro concept.
The new charger concept does look pretty good except for the back. WTF is with that huge POS band on the charger. D@mn it is ugly.
 
The situation with GM and Australia is similar to that of Intel and Israel. Intel left their Israeli engineers alone and they created the Pentium M. The technology behind the Pentium M is now making its way to Conroe. GM left Holden alone and they created the Monaro. Now the technology behind the Australian coupe is being incorporated in the Camaro.

I'm sure Holden is gonna have no problem cranking out a sweet production Camaro for the U.S. market.

hmm. the car actually looks a ton lot better in the video than in pics. Does that tell me that when I see this car in person, I'm going to jizz all over myself? :Q
