A Lexus ES 350 is the new Buick. Yes...you have an old man's car.

My wife and I knew a couple who were dating...both in their mid twenties. He owned the original RX300 and she leased ES330. So he pretty much drove the quintessential soccer mom vehicle of suburbia and she drove the an old person's hernia protection. They didn't work out...but they seemed like a match made in heaven based on their car choices.

hey, my gf and i are 24 and she will be getting an RX350 soon! does this mean she's gonna get old quick? or maybe just more mature and be like a fine aged wine? 😉

Maybe a cougar?

I sold my A6 because it felt like a Buick.

I drive an S6 so it is not be belly aching in jealousy. That is simply an old man's car.

Which A6 felt like buick?

08 3.2 with air ride suspension. Definitely not a drivers car whatsoever. I felt very unconnected to the road coming from an S4. It was a bad purchase I let the salesman talk me into an A6 (I wanted a used S6.)

You do know that is a bad thing to say to SOs right? fine aged wine turns to vinegar...

maybe if you weren't cruising middle schools I guess they'd think it was more fitting.

Get an IROC and profit.

I meant he already bought the car, why lose even more money by getting rid of it?

Lexus currently does not have the "image" of a young person's car but I don't think you have anything to worry about with your purchase. You should drive whatever you want to drive. The ES is a nice and classy car. It has enough of everything to provide you with a somewhat quick and very comfortable ride with great reliability and decent gas mileage.

I think you should be happy... and you should FEEL happy whenever you drive that car, that should be proof enough.

60-year-old woman's car, in terms of image.

Not to say it is a bad car or anything, and if you like it then enjoy it, but we are talking about the zenith of transportation appliance isolation. I think most people assume young males like to drive, and no one who likes to drive buys a Lexus ES. But if you're an exception and don't like to drive, it's a great choice.

I've gotten crap about my Accord being an old man's car, and it's a go-kart compared to the ES.

I believe the ES is faster and quicker than the Accord.

I like Lexus, especially the ES

I'm only 26; I also like the Buick Enclave

Must have been born in the 60s and doped to 9th heaven to think you are 26 and like the ES.

whats wrong with it? what would you rather get?

In terms of what people think, it's an old women's car... nothing to do with the car itself. I am partial to MB E.

Aah I bet they shoved the airbags from the A8 into the C6, can't say that I'm surprised.

My a6 is halfways decent with sport suspension and disabled steering assist.

Btw Piper Jaffray?
