Newsflash..before last year and this year, Kobiyashi won 6 times in a row.. ie.... 6 YEARS STRAIGHT!!!..... or let me put it this way.... for the last 8 years, American's record at Nathans hotdog eating contest = 2-6, not that great in any record books.

This year it could go either way for both guys.
 
Chestnut cheated. He stuffed 2 dogs in his mouth as the buzzer hit in regulation. Kobayashi was 1 dog ahead of him. They need to make people spit out whatever's in their mouth when the buzzer hits.
