Things may change very soon - thinking of making the switch from Govt to private sector.

Hmn. Was there a big disconnect? I always wondered why my join date never got updated. Joined in 99, then when the mods recovered my account, my post count was updated, but the join date never was . . . As such, my lurker status is greater than my posts per day stat reflects.
 
very impressive. Mrcourson doubled his post count by posting here (though he's only been reg'd for 2 years). i agree that a true lurker isn't even registered. guess i should update the thread title.

Nowadays I lurk more than I post. Actually, I used to do that even when I posted a lot. I had an average time between posts of 5-10 minutes, but I was on ATOT for the better part of the day (5-7 hours).
