2007 Jeep Wrangler

Removable fenders, finally!!

And electronically disengaging sway bars, nice. 😀

EDIT: I'm not feeling the 5" wider wheel base. Getting 12.5" wide tires with wheels that have the necessary backspacing on TJs makes it wide enough, adding 5" is going to make trail riding more difficult.

I agree on all accounts. The fenders are always the first thing to go on jeeps, at least on mine. The 5" wider wheel base is horrible. thats probably the thing i liked most about my jeep, the fact that i can get it to most places where others can't.

are you serious?
far from honda element
element = looks like crap
rubicon = looks like awesomeness

keeps the typical styling of the Wrangler, right up from the classic Army jeeps
the most drastic change is what the hard-top looks like
past that, its just a retooled body... looks very similar to every other Wrangler ever made, just shinier and 'hipper' 😉

As long as it has doors on it, I'm fine with people driving it.

Those people with no doors on their Wranglers annoy me.

why?

I just don't understand the point of it.

It looks dangerous, so if you fall out and get run over by me, I get charged with motor vehicle homocide and I spend 6 months locked up in the slammer because you thought that having no doors on your car was "cool."

What's the point of it? Are you in a hurry?

I could imagine if this was Los Angeles, circa 1992, but it's not "cool" anymore or anywhere, sorry.

Oh and don't get all up in arms saying that I'm "crapping another thread." You asked, I answered. No crapping here. Just an opinion. I just don't want to run anyone over.

to me it doesnt annoy me, just not very safe in an accident.

The doors are not structural in anyway.

they may not be structural but they sure as hell should help from keeping other vehicles parts flying into your car...
