2006 Mercedes-Benz G-Class...what have they done????

If I could buy one SUV in the world, it would be the G-Class. So different. They really fvcked up. This thing has no character.
 
Yeah, not everyone liked the old design, but at least it was distinctive...

...this one looks like every other luxury SUV on the market. blah.
 
Funny thing is, how come everyone cares so much when none of us are probably going to buy one, let alone be able to afford it.

I wouldn't want one over a Range, but I'd want one over about any other SUV out.

The old one was usable for things like that.. The new one is more of a soccer mom SUV and less of a real truck. Anyone else think it looks like a Grand Cherokee though?

Couple of my buddies have them, my family just went out and bought an X5 since my mom can't drive a huge SUV like the G class.

The old G-class was pimpin' It looked like you could mount a turret up top and go with it 😀. this new one looks like the M-Class, it's lost its personality

You forgot the vans and semi's and rigids.. not sure if they have class names though?
