hey guys after LOTS of looking around, i just ordered me 2005fpw off the dell canada website. now my query is can you 2005fpw owners confirm if it comes with a dvi cable?

What price did you get it for? Supposedly Dell.Ca will have a 10 day sale soon and the last time they had such a sale in early September, the 2005FPW went for C$549.

They had a Business 7 days of sale in early August (which are usually pretty lousy) and a normal 10 days of sale in early September so hopefully it'll start next week. However all the information I have comes from not much more than rumors:

It is worth waiting for these sales though since you can save $250 on the 20" WS and the 24" WS was going for C$989 in the same September sale.
 
Here's another vote for waiting for the deal day... I saved well over $300.00 on mine when I bought it when you take the free shipping into account.

And yes - it does come with both VGA - VGA and DVI-DVI cables.
