I heard somewhere that I can hook up an XBOX to a 2005FPW using high def @ 480p... if that's true can someone help out and tell me the best way to do that? Thanks.
 
This console connects the Xbox to high-definition ready televisions that support 480p, 720p, 1080i component video signals, analog audio inputs, &/or digital receivers & contains a TOSlink fiber optic connection. The best type of connection you can get for the Xbox.

Hmm, but guess I'll need an extra adapter like X2VGA+.

Is it noticeably better than S-video? I currently use S-vid to hook up to my TV/Computer with TV Tuner.
