cnet (home of all the most crappy reviewers) said there was lots of streaking and ghosting

however, user opinions > review sites anyday, so i was wondering if any of you have gotten streaking or ghosting while gaming (and what games do you play)

also, for the people that have 6600gt's, do you still get decent frames when you play at 16:10 widescreen and 4aa/16af?

The 2005FPW has pretty minimal ghosting (it's there if you look for it or are more sensitive to it). You will not be able to play CS:S too well on a 6600gt at 1680x1050 with 4xAA and 8/16xAF though - those are the settings I use, and I still get slowdowns on a 6800gt.

Agreed. You need a top-of-the-line card to run at those settings.

You can always run 1280x768 with 4XAA and 8x AF too. Interpolation hasn't seemed to be much of a problem at all on either of the 2001FP or 2405FPW that I have used.

You should be fine, but you may want to play with your speeds a bit. If I get some time today, I'll run some tests with that exact card in the box listed below and give you some results, but I'm going to be fairly busy.
