I'm sure it drives like a bat out of hell, but for some reason, it reminds me of a zombie. I think it looks pretty bad, and not in a good way 😉

They are claiming it competes with 911's and Corvettes on handling. Rear live Axle aint gonna cut it.

and you know this how? have you thrown them all around the track? are you an engineer that can point out the pluses and minuses for both? no, you haven't done either. you're just sitting here on the internet benchracing and screaming 'pwned!'

I don't like it. It looks to me as though, in my view, Saleen just doesn't get it, aesthetically. The design removes the slightly retro charm in favor of a too-modern racer look. I guess I feel the same way about the Roush design as well. I like the aesthetic of the Ford Racing car, which adds additional aggression and a racy look without spoiling the design.

Gimme the Saleen drivetrain in the Ford Racing body and I'll be a happy camper.

SEMA should definitely have a lot of hot new parts to show, if for nothing other than the GTO and Mustang 😛

I wish I could go...stupid work 🙁

Well, you haven't driven them either. Live axle setup with middle link may actually be fine on smooth pavement, but it has a higher tendency to break loose on rough pavement.
