Two gripes about the design. The dashboard mounted shifter/gear select, reminds me almost of the RX300... but higher and closer to the driver... why? Why don't they just mount it on the steering column? And the rail for the sliding door, can't they copy the Americans and place that right under the windows. It blends in better when it's right under the windows.
