altimas are good. the rear end is unchanged since 2001.(2002 model) but the new front is changed minimally. the biggest change you'll notice is a higher quality interior to replace the crap a55 interior materials they used before. it is now finally how it should've been when it was released.

hot.

It definitely has some bold lines that most sedans don't have. But my GF doesn't like it, if that is what you were going for... a lady's opinion.

Looks good. Looks even better if a hot chick is in there too. My friend (who just happens to be a hot chick) got one and it's very nice.

Just make sure you get the leather package since it will be easier to clean up your little messes.

Stylish yes...pleasing to the ladies...doubtful. They tend to like cute cars like Mini's, Beetles, etc. or Sports Cars - though no real man would drive a cute car...get the Z instead (stick of course)

Of course that makes perfect guy sense ( the VQ is quite teh shizzle :D )...but chicks are superficial when it comes to cars...or how else can you explain things like most V6 'stangs are bought by women?

I don't like the rear end at all, but the rest is ok. I'll stick with Acura ;)
