This is kinda old but I stumbled on this preview - pretty impressive for the price, actually... I think this will compete with the elantra in the market place- ironic, huh?

Snobbisms aside, the elantra is a good car... I'd say the spectra will compete fairly with the focus and the corolla as well..

They really attack different markets. The focus and corolla are for people with money, and the kia is for people with bad credit and no money. At least that's the impression I get from their ads, and what I think a lot of people associate them with.

not bad I guess... it will still take me a while to buy a Koren car, even if they get good writeups.

That doesn't look too bad, but I'd still be hard pressed to spend in upwards of 20k on a Korean car, NAV system or not.

I said that I wouldn't buy Korean electronics 10 years ago but I have a nice samsung TV and cell phone now
