when I play video clips or play games I get a number in the top right hand corner... what is this, and can I get rid of it?? It's very annoying!
 
no screen shots sorry. but it the screen shows a block number in different colors, like yellow or green for example. the number changes also.
 
i think it might be something to do with my video card and the resolution... i'm just brainstormin here it's the only thing a can come up with
 
if you started FRAPS, you should see your fps number in vidoes as well as games.

to close it look to your system tray.
