2004 Nissan Armada $19,000

Aimster

On the website it says $19,000 for a 2004 Nissan Armada with all options including DVD player, etc.

It is obviously a big price mistake. Are there any laws that require them to honor this price?

oh u want the 2004 one? yeah we just sold that 5min ago. I have another one with ur name written all over it. it's a newer model too. fully loaded. here...i'll show you where it is.

yeah that's usually what happens. i saw like a 97' maxima with 50k miles for $5k on autotrader. i was like yeah right...

It has 26,000 miles meaning it is still covered by nissan warranty.

The salesman said whatever is on the internet print it out and bring it in and he will honor it. It's a price mistake and he doesn't run the dealership so he is just telling me whatever I want to hear to get me inside.

what if the vehicle is available?
The salesman said the car is sitting there.

There is no reason to get me inside the dealership to browse other cars. It's not even a Nissan dealership and Im trying to purchase a used Nissan. They only have one Armada in their inventory.

sorry bud just went over and bought the armanda. got them to throw in a new set of tires for free too. sweet deal for $17k. thanks.

The car is supposed to be $30,000. The Internet AD says $19,000.

I want them to honor the $19,000 price. Are there any laws requiring them to honor the Internet price?

$30K for an 04 Armada seems mighty high. What trim is it?

They made up the VIN #, they don't have that car on the lot.

I got a free carfax report for the VIN.

Car is real.

Then they'll hide the car when you get there. They'll trick you into buying something else

To answer your question, there are no laws that would force them to honor the price, at least in this specific situation. If it happened a lot, you would have to contact the attorney general's office for something to be done.
