Sure they may have the performance worked out, but they need to put some engineers to redesign the way the car looks. It's hidious.

Heifetz

I agree that styling has to go with performance. I just bought a 2000 XK8 convertible.

I was looking at the Miata and MR2 until my wife said they were too small and allowed me to pay extra for the ultimate of toys.

I don't like the whole "arts and crafts" look. Unless it's impervious to police radar, there is no reason for it to look like a stealth fighter 😉

Where do I get a wife like that? "Oh, that TV is too small. Just get the biggest one in the store." 😀

Seriously, though, the XK8 is SEXY! Love the styling of that car. I'm jealous. 🙂

F'ing ugly.
Give me a vette, or better yet a Trans Am ws6.
You'd rather have a Trans Am over the XLR? That's based on what, looks?

The Trans Am is an ugly POS with nary a hint of style or class. I put the TA's design in a class with other overdesigned vehicles like the 3000GT, Eclipse, and Celica.

I'd love to have a TA because of its brute performance for the price, but to call the XLR ugly and then mention the TA in the same breath is ridiculous.
