2002 Kawasaki ZX-12R Review

Not only did they apparently spruce up engine performance (165hp!!:Q) but they made some nice changes to the bodywork as well. I don't need to be reading these things with big tax refund on the way that would make a nice downpayment...😉

Gotta love cheap speed.

I'd kill myself on one of those, but I'd have a damn good time doing it.

I just picked up the new Motorcyclist, and they had a little info about the new revisions. I really like the new look, a lot less bulbous, almost looks like an R1 from the front. and 165hp at the wheel, that's nuts!!
I rode the 2001 model at the same time I was deciding between my Suzi and this one. Being a smaller guy, I really didn't like the weight on it though, those Kawis are always sooo heavy!
Sweet ride anyways though, you'd be the cock of the walk from stop light to stop light. 🙂

k Fausto... Meet ya in the Blue Hills and go for one hellava ride!!!

The "old" '12's had some problems. Glad to see they fixed them. Now no excuses when I whup their azz!!! LOL

Seriously, looks like a great addition to the Kawi line, and Fausto1, hope you do get one.

🙂😀

Arrrrgh. I wish. Mrs Fausto would chop off Little Fausto for such a big toy expenditure (tho to her credit she does admit she misses weekend rides in north GA on my Triumph I just sold).

I'm pretty determined to get another Triumph (or maybe one of the new Benelli Tornados if they ever make it to the states) eventually. I just like three-cylinder engines😀
